株式会社NIPPOは、新たにイタリア中部トスカーナ州モンテカティーニ・テルメに拠点を置くチーム運営組織 TOSCANA FACTORY と、2026シーズンからのパートナーシップを締結いたしました。
この新たな協力体制のもと、UCIプロチームおよびその育成組織であるUCIコンチネンタルチームでの活動を通じ、これまで以上に幅広く、力強く日本人選手・スタッフの育成環境を整えてまいります。
また2025シーズンは、ベルギー、スイス、イタリアのチーム運営組織と提携し、ロード競技にとどまらず、トラック競技の中長距離ナショナルチームの女子選手および、U19育成プログラムなど多岐にわたる活動を通して、日本人アスリートの成長をご支援いただきました。これらの提携により大きな成果を得ることができ、大変有意義なシーズンとなりました。
これらの組織とは2026シーズンも引き続き提携を継続し、世界ランキングに挑戦できる環境をさらに強化してまいります。今後とも、世界を舞台に挑戦する日本人選手・スタッフの成長と活躍にご期待ください。
株式会社NIPPOの自転車競技サポート活動は40年目を迎えます
1987年、日本鋪道株式会社の直轄チームとして「日本鋪道レーシングチーム」が創設され、トラック競技・ロードレース競技を中心に国内で活動し、オリンピックをはじめとする多くの国際大会に日本代表選手や日本人スタッフ（メカニック、マッサージャー）を輩出してきました。
その後、約30年前の1995年前後から活動拠点をヨーロッパへと拡大し、外国人選手・スタッフを迎え入れるなど、グローバルな体制で競技活動を展開。
2015年からはUCIプロコンチネンタルチーム（現UCIプロチーム）のメインスポンサーを務め、世界三大ツールの一つであるジロ・デ・イタリアにも3度出場しました。
さらに2021年からはUCIワールドチームへのスポンサー活動も開始し、世界最高峰の舞台で活動しながら、日本人選手・スタッフの育成・強化、日本のUCIレースへの協賛など、長年にわたりサイクルスポーツの普及・振興に取り組んでいます。

NIPPO Establishes New Partnership with Italian Team Management Organization : TOSCANA FACTORY
NIPPO Corporation is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new partnership with TOSCANA FACTORY, a team management organization based in Montecatini Terme, Tuscany, Italy, effective from the 2026 season.
Under this new collaborative framework, we will further strengthen and expand development opportunities for Japanese riders and staff through activities within both a UCI ProTeam and its development structure, the UCI Continental Team.
During the 2025 season, NIPPO partnered with team management organizations in Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy. Through a wide range of initiatives—extending beyond road cycling to include women riders from the track endurance national team and U19 development programs—these partnerships greatly contributed to the growth of Japanese athletes. As a result, the season proved highly productive and meaningful.
We will continue our collaboration with these organizations in the 2026 season to further strengthen the environment that enables Japanese athletes to compete for a higher position in the world rankings.

NIPPO’s Support for Competitive Cycling Marks Its 40th Anniversary
In 1987, the “NIPPON HODO Racing Team” was founded as a directly managed team of NIPPON HODO Co., Ltd. (now NIPPO Corporation). Focused on both track and road racing, the team became active domestically and produced numerous national team riders, as well as Japanese staffs, who went on to compete and support athletes at the Olympic Games and other major international competitions.
Around 1995, the program expanded its base of operations to Europe, welcoming international riders and staff to build a more global competitive structure.
From 2015, NIPPO served as the main sponsor of a UCI ProContinental Team (now UCI ProTeam), which made three appearances in the Giro d’Italia, one of cycling’s three Grand Tours.
Since 2021, NIPPO has also sponsored UCI WorldTeams, competing at the highest level of the sport while continuing longstanding efforts to develop and strengthen Japanese riders and staff and to promote cycling through sponsorship of UCI races in Japan. We remain committed to the advancement and popularization of cycle sports through these ongoing initiatives.
