NIPPOはベルギー籍UCIワールドチーム アンテルマルシェ・ワンティ（Intermarché-Wanty） と2025年1月からのスポンサーシップを締結しました。同チームの育成チームとなるUCIコンチネンタルチーム ワンティ・NIPPO・リユーズ（Wanty-NIPPO-Re Uz）の共同タイトルスポンサーとなり、自転車競技の発展、特に日本の若手選手の育成をより強固に推し進めます。
ワンティ・NIPPO・リユーズ（旧称：Wanty-Re Uz-Technord）は、UCIワールドチーム アンテルマルシェ・ワンティ が2023年に立ち上げた育成を主軸としたベルギーのUCIコンチネンタルチームで、元プロ選手のケビン・ヴァン・メルセンの指導のもと、過去2シーズンでヨーロッパU23選手権ロードレースをはじめ、リエージュ～バストーニュ～リエージュU23、ゲント～ウェヴェルヘムU23、フランスU23選手権、ジロ・デ・イタリア・ネクストジェン、ジロ・ヴァッレ・ダオスタなど25勝以上挙げました。そして才能ある9選手をプロレベルに送り出し、そのうちの5選手がUCIワールドチーム アンテルマルシェ・ワンティに加入しています。
このパートナーシップは、有望な若手サイクリストの発掘、育成、指導を重視し、特に日本人選手の育成に重点を置いています。UCIワールドチーム アンテルマルシェ・ワンティとのシームレスな連携により、育成チームに所属する日本人選手がワールドチームのメンバーとして世界のトップレースに出場する機会を提供したり、日本のジュニア、U23選手がトレーニング合宿に参加して本場の環境で世界水準のトレーニングプログラムを経験することなど、多くの可能性に満ちています。また日本人スタッフ数名もチームに加入します。

まずは、ヨーロッパで活動する機会をいただけたことに、NIPPOをはじめとした関係者の皆様に御礼申し上げます。
自転車を始めてから、これまでトラックレースをメインに活動し、今年は初めてのオリンピック出場（パリ大会／マディソン・チームパーシュート）も経験することができました。トラックレースの国際大会で表彰台に上がるのは、ロードレースでも活躍するUCIワールドチーム所属の選手ばかりです。トラックレースの勝負所での持久力、テクニック、戦術すべてにおいて余裕のある彼らと日常的に戦える環境に身を置くことは、自転車選手として強さを求めていくために必要だと感じています。
アンテルマルシェ・ワンティには、今年のツール・ド・フランスでポイント賞を獲得したギルマイ選手も在籍していますし、トラックレースでアルカンシェルを獲得したり、表彰台に立ったことのある選手、プロトンで長年走り続けている選手も多くいます。食事や文化、レースでの走り方など、僕の成長に必要なものがこのチームには全て揃っていると感じています。トラックレースで培ったスピードとパワーを活かして、強いチームメートたちとUCIレースでの勝利を目指したいです。
